Ingredients:
- 20 oz. can green jackfruit (rinse thoroughly if in brine)
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup No-Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Put everything in a frying pan, heat up and simmer until the liquid is basically gone. Part way through when the jackfruit is softened up, pull it apart with forks or hit it with a potato masher. Makes about enough for 4 people.
