Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 to 2 eggs (depending on size)
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups banana pulp
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients, mix in wet ingredients, pour into greased/oiled bread pan or muffin tins. For a loaf pan, bake for 1 hour. In muffin tins, 30 minutes.
