Ingredients:
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix oil, egg and milk in separate bowl, then add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Pour into buttered 8 inch pan. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
