Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 or 3 gloves of garlic, crushed (or as much as you want)
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you want, to taste

Preparation:

Put everything in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  Taste, adjust seasoning, repeat until delicious.
