Ingredients:
- 2 cups garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 or 3 gloves of garlic, crushed (or as much as you want)
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you want, to taste
Preparation:
Put everything in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste, adjust seasoning, repeat until delicious.
