Ingredients:
- 3.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 pound (2.5 firmly packed cups) light brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2.5 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 12 oz can pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
Preparation:
Blend all dry ingredients well and get rid of brown sugar lumps as much as possible. Add wet ingredients and mix all until blended but don’t overdo it. Pour into greased pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour.
