Ingredients:
- 1 loaf white bread
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Bell’s Poultry Seasoning
- 1 1/2 packets Oriental flavor Top Ramen seasoning packet – OR – 2 teaspoon ginger powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup water
Preparation:
Tear the bread up into bits, place on a rimmed baking sheet and put it in the oven at 150 for a while until it dries out a bit. Dice up and saute the onion and celery. Put the torn bread in a big bowl and add half the seasoning, mix things up, then the rest of the seasoning, and mix up again. Mix the eggs and water together in a small bowl, then pour half over the bread, mix things up, pour in the rest, and mix it up again. Wrap things up in foil and bake for 40 min at 325.
